[livejournal.com profile] winterfish posted some icons from this series last week and I already wanted to watch it..they just made me want to see it even more..so I rented the first two discs this past weekend..and of course I made some icons...

The people don't interest me as much as the scenery and sets do...so just imagine this was me and my camera taking a little trip through Ancient Rome..lol..Enjoy!

so..a couple of weeks ago(or maybe last week..my days run together)...[livejournal.com profile] pax89 posted a little video she found on Youtube..it was Lego Darth Vader conducting a symphony of troopers...I knew I had seen it before...heh..I found it!

It's part of "Revenge of the Brick"..a short animated piece Lego made to go with the Clone Wars animated series that was on Cartoon Network..so since I was at the video store...heh..pretties!...( Star Wars Lego style...26 icons )

Well in a conversation with [livejournal.com profile] pax89 I complained about not being able to crop(all that photo stuff drummed into me.."you don't crop ..you create the image when you shoot it!"..grrr)...and Pax told me to practice..well I've been doing that...and I picked some lovely women to practice on! Please let me know how these look..*begs*...need to know if I'm doing better...teaser for you....

Yup..I said I was gonna cap it and I did! I got a little horse crazy..heh..but it was such a challenge to try and cap galloping horses! I should know..I have wasted rolls of film trying to get good shots of horses..it's hard. If the cap button had been my camera I would be bouncing off the walls right now..as it is I was all giggley I got these great caps!

I played around with these,trying new things with contrast and color,some cropping(yes I know I left the widescreen bars in some..I have my reasons!) Enjoy! I feel like teasing so----
