wachey for birthday present Flash and pizza
A flash of red zipped into the apartment, it zoomed around the kitchen area leaving open cabinets in its wake. Wally came to a stop in the middle of his living room, shaking his head he grumbled, “Man…I’ve gotten spoiled staying up in the tower, there’s not even enough in my cabinets for a snack.”
Snapping his fingers he grabbed the phone book from the table and flipping the pages with a whooshing motion read the needed information then took off at warp speed out the front door.
Five minutes later he zoomed back into the apartment and skidded to a stop in the living room, “Now I need to pace myself and relax,“ he said out loud and walked calmly to his bedroom.
Almost a half hour later the doorbell rang and Wally zipped to the door, with a big smile on his face he opened it to find a line of pizza delivery boys standing outside his door each carrying at least two pies.
As he paid the first teenager, the boy asked, “Are having a party or something Mister?”
Wally gave him a big smile, “You could say that,” he replied.
‘Just me and about thirty pizzas,’ he thought laughing softly as he paid the next boy in line and took the hot boxes from him.
