elfcat255: (shh-I'm thinking)
I actually find doing this helpful..and I know you all love to see inside my head...so here ya go!!!

“RC what’s she doing now?” asked Sam from her spot on the floor.

She has finished with the icons and is now making coffee.

“Hmmm…in for the long haul today then; Jan pass me that screwdriver,” said Sam.

Janet handed her partner the tool, “I can’t believe she let you have that in here.”

Sam looked up at the motorcycle, “Well I have to have something to do while we wait; besides without this we’d be going at it like those plot bunnies,“ she grinned at Janet.

“Oh…that’s not such a bad thing,” replied Janet with a grin of her own.

Sam threw a dirty rag at her, “Go see what RC is doing.”

Janet stuck her tongue out at Sam and walked over to the desk where the replicator was interfacing with a terminal.

“What are you up to?” she asked her partner’s twin.

I am arranging all the plot ideas she has come up with in the past week. There are quite a good many of them; mostly involving the two of you.

“I’m sure she will get back to your story soon,” Janet told the twin, patting her on the shoulder.

I am certain of this…I believe that belongs to me. She pointed at a large crate in the corner.

Janet walked over to inspect the crate; she placed an ear up to it, “There’s something in here.”

Yes…there is. RC said with a grin.

“OOOO….lucky you,” grinned Janet as she walked over to the fish tank, “hello girls; here’s some food for you,” and she gave the goldfish a few pinches of fish flakes. She could have sworn she heard a tiny “thank you” come from the tank.

Shaking her head, she wandered back over to watch Sam tinker on the motorcycle, “Hey what happened to those other couples?”

Sam laughed, “Well after Xena threw that hissy the other day side rooms appeared,” she said pointing at two doors across the room.

“So we have this one all to ourselves?” asked Janet looking about the large room.

“Pretty much…RC decided to stay with us but she mostly stays close to the computer and that crate,” Sam said grinning.

Suddenly the music changed from the nighttime tunes mix to classical.

“Mozart?” asked Sam.

Janet listened for a moment, “No…that’s Vivaldi.”

“Ahhh…it’s time to write,” Sam said nodding and went back to work on the Indian.

Janet walked over to lie on the couch nearby and listened to the soft strains of Vivaldi’s Concerti #7, closing her eyes she wondered whose story would update first.
